Our network monitoring solution FlowMon ADS was deployed in Datec RETAIL SYSTEM, a.s. to analyze Datec’s network traffic in the month of August. Datec RETAIL SYSTEM, a.s. produces systems for automatization of retail processes, mainly in fashion and sporting goods. The audit report summarizing the status of the monitored network and emphasizing security and operational issues was received by the customer as a part of the deployment.

“Network traffic monitoring tool FlowMon ADS allowed us to gain a comprehensive overview of the operational status of our network including the connection into the Internet. It helped us to reveal emerging problems of our active network devices, which generated latency in the network. We have also found several deviced used for prezentation purposes whose behavior correlated to stations infected by malware. Based on these information we were able to prepare specific and targeted assignment for an external company that administrates out network. This way we have quickly fixed the issues and eliminated associated risks.”
